Why can a noise be heard for a few seconds after turning off the device?
This is the sound of the air pump operating. To collect any water remaining in the tubes, the air pump continues to run for 3 seconds after the device is turned off.
Can the F600 lay flat on the floor?
Yes, the F600 model can lie flat on the floor. The cleaning head fits into spaces with a height of 9 cm, and the entire device fits into spaces with a height of 12 cm. It can mop and clean under most beds and furniture.
What is the capacity of the clean water tank?
Both the clean water tank and the dirty water tank have a capacity of 600 ml. One tank of water is enough to clean an area of approximately 65 m².
Can the clean water tank and the dirty water tank be separated?
There is a release button and corresponding indicator icons between the two tanks. Press the release button and rotate the tanks until the unlock icon aligns to separate them. To reattach the tanks, rotate them until the lock symbol aligns.
Can the F600 model be turned on while charging?
Yes, the F600 model can be turned on while charging. However, because the operating current is higher than the charging current, the battery will not actually charge. Therefore, we recommend charging the device while it is turned off.
What is the warranty period for the F600 model?
The warranty period for the F600 model is 1 year for commercial purchases and 3 years for private purchases. This excludes accessories such as the cleaning roller, cleaning brush, and wiper, as their lifespan depends heavily on usage.
