COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: âWIN A HIZERO F600â
1. COMPETITION ORGANIZER
The organizer of this competition is STERNA INNOVACIONES S.L., tax identification number (CIF) B19780758, hereinafter referred to as the âOrganizerâ.
The competition will be run through the official Instagram profile @hizero_spain for promotional and advertising purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Registered office: C/ AndalucĂa, 10, 29631 â BenalmĂĄdena (MĂĄlaga), Spain.
2. PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION
The purpose of the competition is to promote the Hizero brand and raise awareness of the Hizero F600 cleaning device through a promotional activity aimed at Instagram users residing in Spain.
Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any product or service.
3. TERRITORY AND ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:
a) They are at least 18 years old on the date of entry.
b) They legally reside in Spain.
c) They have an active, personal Instagram account.
d) They meet all participation requirements set out in Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of the Organizer who are directly involved in organizing the competition, as well as people responsible for selecting the winner, may not participate.
Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition begins on 14 October 2026, when the relevant promotional content is published on the official @hizero_spain profile, and ends on 14 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Spanish mainland time.
Only entries submitted during the stated period will be accepted.
The Organizer may disqualify entries that do not meet these Terms and Conditions or that give rise to reasonable grounds for suspecting fraud.
5. HOW TO ENTER AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To enter the competition validly, each participant must complete all four of the following steps:
Follow the official Instagram profile @hizero_spain.
Like the official Reel announcing the competition.
Comment on the designated post, explaining why they need a Hizero F600 in their home.
Tag two people in the same comment who could also benefit from having a Hizero F600 at home.
The comment must include both the explanation and the tags of the two people.
All four requirements must be completed during the competition period for an entry to be valid.
The Organizer may verify compliance with the requirements before finally confirming the winner.
Comments containing unlawful, discriminatory or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, will not be accepted.
The use of fake accounts, automated systems or other unfair methods intended to interfere with the competition may result in disqualification.
6. PRIZE
The prize is one (1) Hizero F600 device, which will be awarded to the winner free of charge.
The reference value of the prize is âŹ825 (eight hundred and twenty-five euros).
The prize:
Does not require the winner to pay for the product.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be replaced with another product at the winnerâs request.
Cannot be transferred to a third party without the Organizerâs express consent.
The Organizer will cover the cost of shipping the prize to a valid address within Spain.
The tax treatment of the prize will be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish law.
7. WINNER SELECTION
The Organizer will select one (1) winner from all valid entries, based on the originality, creativity and quality of the comment posted under the competition Reel.
The Organizer will select the winner directly by evaluating comments that meet all participation requirements.
The decision will be based on the stated criteria and will not depend solely on the number of likes received by a comment.
Before finally confirming the result, the Organizer will check that the selected person meets the eligibility requirements.
If a selected entry does not meet the requirements, contains false information or cannot be verified, the Organizer may reject it and select another person from the valid entries using the same criteria.
The selection process will be documented internally so that the process can be reconstructed if necessary.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER
The winner will be announced in a separate post on the official Instagram profile @hizero_spain.
The announcement will be made on 18 November 2026.
The Organizer will also contact the winner via Instagram direct message to notify them of the result and request the information needed to deliver the prize.
The winner will have 72 hours from the time the direct message is sent to reply and accept the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the stated period, expressly declines the prize or fails to confirm that they meet the participation requirements, the Organizer may select another person in accordance with the procedure described in Section 7.
The Organizer will not request Instagram account passwords or access codes to deliver the prize.
9. PRIZE DELIVERY
Once the prize has been accepted and the necessary details have been confirmed, the Organizer will arrange delivery of the Hizero F600 to the address provided by the winner within Spain.
The estimated delivery time is 5 business days from confirmation of the information required for shipping, subject to possible logistical issues or circumstances beyond the Organizerâs reasonable control.
The Organizer will cover shipping costs.
The winner must provide accurate and complete details to enable delivery of the prize. If delivery problems arise, the Organizer will inform the winner where appropriate.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the competition is STERNA INNOVACIONES S.L., CIF B19780758.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Managing entries and checking compliance with the participation requirements.
b) Evaluating comments and selecting the winner.
c) Contacting the winner and managing acceptance and delivery of the prize.
d) Handling complaints and fulfilling legal obligations.
Participation may involve processing the participantâs Instagram username and the content of their posted comment. For the winner, identification and address details necessary to deliver the prize will be collected.
The legal basis for processing will be the administration of participation in the competition and performance of the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, as well as compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Organizer.
Data will not be used to send marketing communications unrelated to the competition unless an appropriate legal basis exists.
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to run the competition and thereafter for the period required by law or needed to handle potential claims.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, where applicable. Requests should be sent to the address or contact channel stated above.
Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable law.
Publication of the winnerâs identity will be limited to what is necessary to announce the competition results and will comply with applicable personal data protection rules.
11. DISQUALIFICATION
The Organizer may disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions, contain false information, use unfair methods or improperly interfere with the running of the competition.
Disqualification must be justified by a breach of the participation requirements or reasonable grounds indicating fraud.
12. AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE COMPETITION
The Organizer may amend the rules, suspend or cancel the competition if exceptional circumstances, force majeure, serious technical issues or legal reasons prevent it from being conducted properly.
In such cases, the Organizer will notify participants of the changes through the official @hizero_spain profile and, where appropriate, its website.
Any changes will be made in compliance with applicable law and participantsâ rights.
13. LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, connection issues or other Instagram-related problems that prevent participation, unless circumstances arise that give rise to the Organizerâs legal liability.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Organizerâs liability to the extent required by applicable law.
14. DISCLAIMER REGARDING INSTAGRAM AND META
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way with, Instagram or Meta.
Participants acknowledge that they provide their data to the Organizer, not to Instagram or Meta.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Instagram and Meta are released from liability relating to the organization and operation of the competition.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and the relevant provisions of European Union law.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with applicable law, while respecting the non-waivable rights of consumers and users and the rules on judicial jurisdiction.
16. ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
