STERNA INNOVACIONES SL with its registered office in Calle Andalucia 10 Local Bajo 29639 Benalmadena, Malaga, as the personal data administrator, informs you that:

The personal data provided will be processed by STERNA INNOVACIONES S.L. (Tax ID B19780758) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The data provided will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing, provided you do not object to it, and for the time required to comply with the data controller’s legal obligations.
The data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except in cases established by law.
We remind you that you have the right to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability free of charge by sending an email to datos@sternainnovaciones.es or by writing to the following address: C/ Andalucía, 10, 29631 – Benalmádena (Málaga), as well as the right to seek the protection of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

• Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to: preparing a presentation of the Hizero device or determining the possibility of concluding a cooperation agreement with you or in order to purchase and deliver goods or, in the case of a service request, its implementation.
• Your personal data will be made available to entities handling payments, entities that provide support and operation of our IT tools and systems, deliver shipments and provide ongoing legal services, the company responsible for printing the materials we use and responsible for destroying documentation,
• Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes
• the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) and c) and in accordance with the content of the general regulation on the protection of personal data,
• you have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and the right to transfer data
• personal data will be stored until the execution of the contract and the limitation period for claims arising therefrom and until the obligations arising from tax and accounting regulations are fulfilled,
• you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,
