STERNA INNOVACIONES SL with its registered office in Calle Andalucia 10 Local Bajo 29639 Benalmadena, Malaga, as the personal data administrator, informs you that:

• Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to: preparing a presentation of the Hizero device or determining the possibility of concluding a cooperation agreement with you or in order to purchase and deliver goods or, in the case of a service request, its implementation.
• Your personal data will be made available to entities handling payments, entities that provide support and operation of our IT tools and systems, deliver shipments and provide ongoing legal services, the company responsible for printing the materials we use and responsible for destroying documentation,
• Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes
• the data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) and c) and in accordance with the content of the general regulation on the protection of personal data,
• you have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and the right to transfer data
• personal data will be stored until the execution of the contract and the limitation period for claims arising therefrom and until the obligations arising from tax and accounting regulations are fulfilled,
• you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,
